After you submit your form, we’ll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your stay, answer any questions, and make sure everything is set for your arrival.

What are your rental rates?
Our weekly rate is $400, and our 28-day (monthly) rate is $1,400. These rates include utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking.
Do you offer kitchens in your rooms?
Yes! We offer updated kitchen rooms featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner stovetop. Our remodeled suites are perfect for guests who prefer to cook and feel at home.
Are pets allowed at The Panama Extended Stay?

What are your check-in hours?
Check-in hours are:
Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Guests arriving after hours should call the office ahead of time to make arrangements.
What do I need to reserve?
A valid ID, your first week or 28-day payment, and a completed guest registration form. No credit check or long-term lease required.
Do you require a security deposit?
No, we do not require a security deposit. Our booking process is simple and straightforward with no hidden fees.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes! We provide free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property — perfect for working, streaming, or staying connected.
Can I extend my stay?
Absolutely. Guests can renew weekly or every 28 days. Reservations are flexible, and no long-term contract is required.
